January 12 - Surprise

Life for me can be a bit on the ordinary side.  On weekends, mornings consist of accompanying my son to school, doing some writing work then cooking lunch.  In the afternoon, I take a nap with my kids then finish my work for the day.  Cook dinner then spend some time with the kids and call it a day.  But what makes each day different is the moments that I have with the kids.  There is something new that they learn and I can witness it even though I work.  So I made Louie, my two year old son the model for this day's photo of the day doing a pee-ka-boo.

January 11 - Water

It has been raining for several days this week and I was actually looking forward for some rain this day as the prompt is about water.  It seems that I really have to do some brain storming for the photo of the day challenge as of all the days not to rain, today is one of them.  And then I got so busy during the day and I almost forgot to take a picture.  I tried three water pictures such as my younger son washing his hands in a dipper, a faucet with droplets of water and an empty water bottle.  So now you know which one I chose.
